Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. During launch periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Singapore. Additional regions will be added over time.

 

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

 

Customs and duties

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

Lost or delayed packages
